Tres-Or Is Chasing a Diamond-Gold RTO in Northwest Ontario

Tres-Or Resources (CSE: TRS) is angling for a fresh chapter. On July 10, 2026, the company signed a non-binding letter of intent for a proposed reverse takeover to acquire the Stonecutter Diamond-Gold Project in northwestern Ontario.

The structure is the story. A reverse takeover would fold the Stonecutter asset into a public vehicle, handing an Ontario diamond-gold project a ready-made path to the capital markets. For a small-cap, an RTO can be the shortcut from private ground to a listed, tradeable story.

The upside case rides on that access. If the deal firms up, Tres-Or would carry a diamond-gold-bearing Ontario asset into public view — the kind of catalyst that can reframe a shell into a project company overnight.

But read the fine print. This is a non-binding LOI, which means material transaction risk remains — definitive terms, due diligence and financing all still stand between the letter and a closed deal.

An LOI is a starting gun, not a finish line. Watch for whether Tres-Or converts it.
