Who We Are
Small-cap coverage, plainly labelled.
STOCKS THAT RIP is a small-cap financial news and company-spotlight site operated by Vantage Capital Corp, an investor-relations and marketing firm. We publish two kinds of articles, and we make the difference obvious on every one:
Market Commentary
General, unpaid editorial coverage of micro-cap and venture-exchange markets — themes, movers, and context. It carries a market-commentary disclaimer.
Company Spotlights Paid Advertisement
Paid promotions. When a company pays for coverage, that article is a paid advertisement — labelled as such on the card and at the top of the page — and carries a full advertising disclosure naming the sponsor and the terms. We show that disclosure in full, verbatim, on the article itself.
How to read this site
A paid spotlight is advertising, not a neutral recommendation. Weigh it accordingly, read the disclosure, and never treat anything here as investment advice. Vantage Capital Corp provides paid services to public companies and may hold positions in companies discussed.
Risk
Small-cap and venture-exchange securities are speculative, illiquid, and volatile. You can lose your entire investment. Always do your own research and consult a licensed financial professional. Read our full Disclaimer & Disclosure.
Full Disclosure
This website is operated by Vantage Capital Corp, an investor relations and marketing firm that provides paid promotional services to public companies. Articles labelled "PAID ADVERTISEMENT" are paid promotions — the featured company has compensated Vantage Capital Corp, and the specific compensation is disclosed within each such article. All other articles are general market commentary produced from public filings and public news sources; Vantage Capital Corp may have commercial relationships with, or hold securities of, companies discussed. Nothing on this website is investment advice, research, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Facts are believed reliable but not independently verified. Investing in small-capitalization securities involves a high degree of risk, including total loss. Consult a licensed investment advisor before making any investment decision.
